Article 270
Prohibition on political parties
: (1) According to Article 269, a law made to impose any restrictions on the formation and operation of a political party and its promotion and dissemination in order to obtain public support and cooperation for the ideology, philosophy and program of the party or any The provision or decision shall be deemed contrary to this Constitution and shall automatically be invalid.
(2) Any law made or any arrangement or decision made so that only one political party or persons having the same political ideology, philosophy or program can participate in elections, the political system or state system of the country or be included in the operation shall be considered contrary to this constitution and automatically will be invalid.
